In the Mandasa and Palasa mandals of Srikakulam, Vikasa Tarangini adopted twelve villages outright — building roads, drinking-water systems, education facilities and ecological ECO-SAN toilets that turn sanitation into compost rather than contamination.
In Hyderabad, the Vaidyalaya Seva program renovated 172 toilets at the Government Maternity Hospital — unglamorous seva that protects the dignity and health of thousands of mothers a year.
