Mahila Arogya Vikas takes cancer screening to women who could never reach a hospital: mobile camps arrive in the village itself, with VIA tests, mammograms, biopsies and follow-up surgery arranged for whoever needs it — all free.
The numbers are staggering: over 4.6 million women screened across 1,600+ camps, 14,561 mammograms, 4,753 biopsies, and thousands of surgeries — with 3 million more women reached by awareness programs. Entire districts now catch cancers early that once were found too late.
